Terms of Service

By using Arsinosa you agree to these terms. Arsinosa is an independent passion project currently in early alpha — features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Don't share your account or let others act on your behalf. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Your content

You retain full ownership of everything you create on Arsinosa — guides, drafts, and uploaded images. By publishing, you grant Arsinosa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content on the platform and in associated previews (social cards, embeds).

You are responsible for having the rights to any content you publish, including images, screenshots, and text excerpts from games or third-party sources.

Deleting your account removes private drafts and uploads permanently. Published guides become anonymous but remain on the platform to preserve community content. If you want a published guide removed, contact privacy@arsinosa.com before deleting your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any game or publisher.
• Upload malware or attempt to interfere with the platform's operation.
• Scrape or bulk-download content without permission.
• Use the platform for anything unrelated to gaming guides or community discussion.

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms. Repeat violations may result in a temporary suspension or permanent ban. To appeal a moderation decision, email privacy@arsinosa.com.

Disclaimers

• Arsinosa is provided "as is" during alpha — no uptime, data integrity, or feature guarantees.
• Guide content is community-created and may contain inaccuracies. Game mechanics change with patches; always verify information in-game.
• Arsinosa is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developer or publisher.
• To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform grows. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Continued use of Arsinosa after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
