DMCA Policy
Arsinosa hosts user-created content and respects intellectual property rights. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and
will respond promptly to valid takedown notices. To report infringement, follow the process below.
Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to privacy@arsinosa.com containing all of the following:
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the infringing material and its specific URL on Arsinosa.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on
their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices cannot be actioned. Make sure all six elements above are present before sending.
Upon receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the identified content and notify the uploader where reasonably possible.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Send it to privacy@arsinosa.com containing:
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the removed content and its former URL.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, and that you will accept service of
process from the party who filed the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If they do not notify us of a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore
the content at our discretion.
Repeat infringers
Arsinosa has a policy of terminating accounts that are the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices, in appropriate circumstances, in accordance
with § 512(i).
All DMCA correspondence should be sent to privacy@arsinosa.com. Please include "DMCA" in the subject line.
